It is very near the Kazlıçeşme Fountain on its souther side.
It is also called as Kasaplar and İskele Mescidi (Butchers and Wharf Mesjid). Kara Mustafa Paşa from Merzifon had it built at end of 17th century. As it was damaged again after the 1780 restoration it was restored again lately.
